Being put into losing games happens.
As for ranking grifball, it is a bad idea. H5 has very few social mores as it is and taking one away would be more harmful than helpful imo. If you feel the need to test your skills set up a tournament.

Seriously. All I see on this damn board is people crying over nonsense.
I leave every game I get a JIP past the two minute mark.
I’d rather take the ban then have to carry a team that’s already losing with no hope of a comeback, that is not fun.
I joined a game as the “loser” screen was coming up one time.

This is annoying because you should be playing to have fun and that sort of thing wastes time, which many of us don’t have in abundance. That it’s hurting your record? Is it really that big a deal? It’s a game, and whether people agree with you on your second point or not, Grifball is currently not ranked and so your ‘record’ is actually non existent. If you know you’re good then just be satisfied with that, no one is going to claim you’re worse because it threw you into a lost game.

I don’t blame you haha. JIP is the worst thing to happen to halo matchmaking honestly. I personally been playing since h3 so I do know the horrors of getting 1v4 or 1v8 on halo3/reach but i prefer those then joining in a late game. Yes you can make a comeback but its really rare for it to happen.

When I play grifball its for kills/wins. My fun way of playing is getting high kills and winning the game. If I just want to have fun I would play custom games but thats me haha. Been like that since reach personally.

if i am in the game from the start il continue. i iven played matches where it was me vs 4 others because my teammates left. so you are saying , 343 should ban people who do not want to fix other peoples mess and take a loss when there is no way to win? i didnt ask for it i didnt press the matchmaking button to get an insta loss and have my mood ruined for the day.
