has anyone figured out a counter to the jetpack? makes solace, haven, and abandon unplayable unless ofcourse you use a jetpack as well.

I haven’t had the slightest issue with jetpack, even with the entire other team using it.

I don’t see an issue with jetpacks in Halo 4. They’re a vast improvement over Reach’s. Even using a 2 or 3 sensitivity it’s fairly easy to shoot somebody as they fly up in front of you.

Jetpack is instant death for the user

my problem isnt shooting the people as they fly up, its the fact that whenever im shooting someone one on one, i always get shot by some guy across the map jetpacking above all cover.

Are you serious? Wow people can jump up levels thats so hard to stop. How about open your eyes? It is not even close to being an issue

It’s funny, because people claim that in Reach, you couldn’t take on a jetpacker using a sensitivity of 10. I could do it with 3.

I haven’t seen jetpackers that much, but I haven’t played that much either because I had too much work to do.

When then you have a severe case of being S.O.L. Deal with it.

That’s only because the thruster pack is now gone to pot. Meaning… IT"S TERRIBLE!!!

What? I never see jetpackers. Well I do, but not often. In every game when I played Halo: Reach there were always many annoying jetpackers. That is not the case in Halo 4.

I just started using the jetpack in Halo 4 this week and I am loving it. The jetpack is used in Halo 4 to give you the short boost in altitude that you need, not to fly around like a stupid bird with a DMR like in Reach.
