Shout out to the Insider’s team. Imagine how much I laughed when I see y’all are encouraging people to sign-up and yet your site barfs out 500s every time I try to upload DxDiag.txt.
This was the case a month before launch, and still is. Shocker. Not even sarcastic.

Now this one is on me, because **** me for expecting any different, but can someone explain to me the point of having an entire golly darned “Halo Support” website WITH NO WAY TO REPORT BUGS?!
You just don’t care. And by “you”, I mean the leadership making and setting priorities.

Man, open the network inspector and then try and submit the form. Watch the webpage reload the -Yoink!- fonts literally a dozen times in a row over and over. Jesus Christ, at least the ineptitude was spread around over there.
The live form has template placeholders in this. It’s like an intern published the in-progress site in October and no one ever went back to finish it.
lol, there’s not even a single POST from the page when it spits out the 500 either, literally the only POST is telemetry that looks about useless.
It’s amazing the difference in bug reports I give when I’m treated like an adult and given a bug tracker with any amount of visibility versus 343i embracing all of the worst trends of customer service that bottom out at “Hope they get discouraged and give up.”
So instead, my recourse for months of buggy live service is to rant in a forum about it. This is definitely the best for everyone.
