Jerome cards not accessible

Got Jerome and opened his packs but when I went to the card menu Jerome’s cards weren’t there

We just found out there was an issue and I’m told it’s being fixed ASAP. It should be restored and working as intended any minute now. Thanks and apologies for the hassle.

the cards are still not working

You should exit the game and start the game back up, worked for me.
