I don’t care about BRs, armor abilities, ranking system or campaign.
If Jeff Steitzer isn’t the multiplayer voiceover Halo 4, it will not be Halo.
It’s almost confirmed of his return. I’m 99% sure.

I dont see why they would even need him at this point. Bungie already has every medal imaginable with the audio to go along with it. I dont see him doing the announcer for H4 and I dont think Jenn or Steve will be returning either. 343 screwed up without a Beta as well.

I’m absolutely sure I read a while back that Jen Taylor and Steve Downes will be back to voice Cortana and Master Chief.

that’s all speculation, it’s a safer bet that they will rather than not
