I purchased the entire Spartan Collection set today at Target. The set includes Master Chief, Kat, Spartan MK V B, and Spartan MK VII. The items were taken right from the pallet as soon as the employee got done opening the box that they all came in. The boxes were completely sealed and I was the first person to open them. I tried to redeem the 4 codes inside of the boxes and I am getting a message that the codes have already been redeemed the maximum amount of times. Has this happened to anyone else? If so, what did you do to fix it? If not, who can I contact about it? Any help would be appreciated.
I just posted the same question, I bought 6 figures and only 1 code worked then it says the others have already been redeemed. Still no answers yet but at least I’m not the only one struggling lol

At least one of yours worked! I don’t know if the redemption is not available yet for these, or if the codes are faulty. Hopefully we can get some help with this. N7 Ramiro I tweeted Jazwares and Halo Support but haven’t gotten a response yet. Any updates on your end?

“Does each figure give you a different unlockable item or are they all the same?”
He said:
”That I have not yet figured out. Though, I’ve been told each size version is something different. Meaning 3 3/4 in., is one unlockable, 6 in., is another. Haven’t heard anything regarding the 12 in. figures. But once you have a code from any 6 in., then you can’t redeem another 6in figure code as it’s the same thing, even if the code comes from a different 6in character.”

Thanks for letting me know! That would make sense, so there’s basically 1 unlockable per size? 12 in, 6 in, 3 3/4, I did redeem a 3 3/4 and a 6 in then everything else didn’t work.

I bought the 12 in. Master Chief but there is no code in the box. Neither of the other 12 in. figures had a code either. I also bought the 3 3/4 in. Master Chief with the Warthog but there was no code in there either. I guess it’s just the solo figures. In regards to the Spartan Collection codes, I guess we have extras to give out now.
