So I had a REQ Pack for the January 2016 Season. While trying to open it, I was told there was an error processing the contents, and to try again later. After a game of Arena, the pack was no longer there. I was ranked Platinum in two playlists, so I would like whatever rewards I was supposed to get. If anyone has a solution of how to redeem it, I would be very grateful.
