Tomorrow, January 22nd 2016 will be a very important date for Halo fans. Why? Because 343i will be hosting the Infinity’s Armory livestream at 3PM PST (6PM EST) on the Halo Channel and Twitch.
"But why is this so important? It’s just showcasing all the new skins that the community has mixed feelings about and another damn remix!"

Don’t worry random Waypoint user #1, I’m sure many don’t. It’s important because 343i has not released any new gametypes since launch. Something the community has been dying for since day one. Four arena gametypes and two Warzone variants are not enough to support us in the long run and come February the game will have been out for four months.
If 343i wants to restore what little faith they had in the community, they’re going to need to go all out on next month’s update. Gametypes such as Griffball and Infection need to see a return if forge is going to see it’s full potential unleashed. KOTH and Oddball need to come back to Arena if we want to see more variety in the game. Some more playlists cough Objective cough Social Slayer cough wouldn’t hurt either. These and more need to be apart of the update otherwise Halo 5’s future will be grim. And I mean grim.

The Gravity Hammer. Much like the SPNKR in the December preview, this weapon need to show up in the few second preview to restore faith, or at least happiness in the Halo Nation.
There’s lot of people with the game packed in the case and sitting on the desk waiting for the live stream, and there will be a lot of those games going back to the store tomorrow if there isn’t a bloody big rabbit.

Also never said I spoke for all of us. Just stating the obvious. Unless you like three gametypes in Arena and two in Warzone in which case more power to you!
These are simply my wishes for the update, though they can easily overlap with many others’ demands.
Halo lifer here, Halo 5 us a blast and a ton of fun to play, but it’s been severely mishandled to the point I’d say I’ve lost more faith in Halo since 5 than I did from 4.
Halo 5 is probably my favorite from a gameplay standpoint, but the lack of content, splitscreen, and how they mishandled Campaign and their ad campaign leading up to Halo 5 has got me questioning my purchase of Halo 6.

Oh god yes, I’m at the stage where I simply do not pre order or day one purchase anything at all, Triple A developers have consistently undermined my trust in their ability to make a game.

i agree with the points you make, i just think you’re being melodramatic. nobody can argue sales numbers, but beyond that, if you think majority (>50%) of the community is upset, i’d wager you’re wrong

Hey, melodramatic skits on a forum so full of hate not ever Lucifer himself would visit it can be a breath of fresh air.

Why should we have heard of you? I agree with your post but why should we know who you are?
