They said that they will show characters and vehicles. So far they said they will show the warthog. Them showing master chief and cortana is obvious and goes with say but what other characters and vehicles do you think will be shown at the toy fair?
None. I don’t think they’ll reveal ANY characters that weren’t in previous Halo’s until close to launch and maybe not even.
I’m going to assume Warthog, MC, and Cortana. If we’re lucky, maybe Flood, Forerunner, marines. But nothing we’ve never seen before. I doubt they would show us something new as an action figure before showing us in a vidoc or a trailer.
Warthog, Master Chief, Cortana, possibly some other returning vehicles. Most likely nothing that would reaveal anything more about the game than what we already know. They wouldn’t make their first reveal of new characters as toys, would they? So don’t expect anything big.
Maybe, at the very most, something Forerunner-ish, but that’ll probably be it besides MC, Cortana, and the warthog.

They also said that TU would be in it’s own separate playlist. Then they just dumped that idea.
I’ll take it when it comes along.
I wouldn’t be surprised if we got a ViDoc at this thing. Haven’t really had a true Halo 4 ViDoc yet, the first one was mainly Anniversary and just touched on the announcement of Halo 4.

We can’t be sure that 343i will release info before E3. But we can be sure they will at E3 because that’s the biggest game conference in the whole year!
So yeah, that’s why we mostly say “Wait til E3 for a big drop of Halo 4 information and gameplay”
I hope they show us stuff earlier though. Waiting 4 and a half more months is long…
