This unit is simply to powerful early game, rush some okay - but to have a rush strategy that removes all the thinking & simply push across the map & take out two anti vehicle turrets.& a crap tone of infantry units… shouldn’t be passible.
I recommend a nerf to either its speed
or
ability to shoot and move at the same time
or
lower its attack damage

Even though I agree with you, I will point something out:
Two anti-vehicle turrets is 600 supplies AND 600 power. Don’t spend that much power on turrets when you don’t have tech 2. Get tech 2 for hunters/Cyclops. Turrets are fine but there wasn’t a reason to upgrade them when you don’t have tech 2. Just a friendly tip even though I agree with you, lol.

Thanks for the tip, will try this next time, but I kinda feel if I didn’t go turrets I’d lose a tad quicker… hmm damn
The problem is that good players will hit with rabbits before u can get ur first hunter out and even if u lock ur base u will have to come out when u have 2 hunters or u will start to lose buildings. Rabbits can actually kill ur 2 hunters. This is why u mostly have to build turret but it’s very good if u can scout and see that u can make t2 and then upgrade turret and don’t have to delay ur t2 by 200-300 power. Turret in main is actually good because it allows u to leave ur base and give u some help against backstab attack from rabbits. Turrent won’t def u but it buys some time and kills few rabbits also.

Those units can easily come back and hit you return to your base and kill your turrets
This has already been done and talked about. A good forge can only be beaten by another good forge. If the forge misplays badly you can beat him with a few other leaders like cutter and atriox.
Because of his instant access to rolling economy he will always be out producing you.

Well that’s how forge is, even in the first game. That’s what he’s known for and that’s why so many players use him. He’s one of the best leaders to use, alongside Anders due to her sentinel abilities.

He needs a tune down. At least Andrés you can counter her

IF you do things right, you can get to tech level 2 in 3 minutes. Which can counter it pretty quickly if you know how
There’s a reason why you have to pay to get Forge…
The unit itself is fine, they just need to make it so you either can’t build them out of minibases or some other way to stop you from being able to build so many, so quickly.

Extend it build time or have more requirements to build the said unit
Make the grenade launcher upgrade either twice or three times as expensive, or make it a tech 2 upgrade.
