To anyone out there who may have encountered the same issue as me or anyone on the Halo team,
I have already made the iwhbyf skull spawn and saved a checkpoint after. I continued to kill all the enemies after picking up the skull, and got through all seven waves. There was no “whoosh” sound, I have heard it is supposed to occur, and I recieved no achievement.
So, I tried Reverting to my last checkpoint to do it again. I did. Nothing happened. I did it all once more and still nothing. I have looked at plenty of forums and none seem to cover this topic. I have spent about 4 hours on the whole agenda and am now asking all of you for help or a solution.

I’m not certain but saving the checkpoint might negate it. When I did it I made the skull spawn (took forever), grabbed it and ran like hell. I died shortly after but my achievement popped. You might not have held it for long enough?
