Due to lack of response by 343 I’ve began steps of legal action. I simply ask for a response on why certain circumstances have been allowed against me. This is final chance for someone from 343 to contact me. After today I will begin the whole process in a legal case. Thanks.
why other users clearly told you in your previous post about this you bought it from a third party. that third party has nothing to do with 343. generally how that stuff works as a business that third party bought a quantity got the packs at a reduced cost them resold them. so whatever profit was made didnt go to 343 for your purchasing mistakes. and in the grand scheme of things you didnt miss out on that much of an investment. there is a reason those packs went away after the first purchase. that generally means you can only buy one. unlike the memories of reach pack you could buy multiple from your tv screen. you really are wasting your time with this “legal action” plus im surprised any attorney would even consider this case once they actually saw all the details.

how do you know the req pack disappeared from in game after purchase it doesnt sit there. and who chooses to not sit at their game and buy something if they have the choice to? see its that stuff that makes it sounds like you tried fooling the system thinking you were going to get an extra bundle cause the in game would not let you. and its $25… see if it would have let you you had no reason not to buy it while you were leisurely sitting playing your game. and this just seems like someone upset they tried taking advantage of the system. there is a reason 343 stopped allowing users to use more then one bundle. your lost post clearly stated you were going to take legal action and a day later you make a new post mentioning you are taking legal action. sounds the same to me as well

If he thinks $25 is a lot of money I doubt he has an attorney. Atleast not s good one. MS and 343 lawyers need a good laugh
A word of advice op. Never say you are going to do something you will not do. Makes you look weak and indecisive. If you say something prepare to carry it through.
