I’ve only ever got a dlc map in a dlc playlist.
why the hell would you take out the dlc playlist? that’s just a kick in the teeth to whoever brought the maps.
I hardly play in DLC maps either without going into a DLC specific playlist… too bad the game isn’t as popular as halo 2 where they could just simply make them required and everyone was ok with that and bought them.
I haven’t played for a few months now, but it was definitely a bad move. In all honesty they should make playlists require the packs. I bet most people would buy them anyway, and as it stands now the ppl who purchased the DLC (me included) are just getting ripped.
Ya, the new defiant achievements are the only achievements I need for 100% game completion “AGAIN”!!! Then they took away the premium playlists, defiant has not once ever come up in the normal playlist Ty 343 how will I get them if they never show up.
When premium was still around I still couldn’t get don’t touch that achievement And I stopped them both rounds from touching the flag on a 1 ctf hand and yes it was a defiant map
Make the maps free, i doubt anyone buys them at least Noble Map Pack since that’s the oldest. Hell I’ve payed for them and hardly anyone has the maps since you can still play Reach without them. That means hardly any of your games will have DLC for voting unless of course you play in the Anniversary playlist, which always has people playing in it.
At the very least, make DLC required (along with the other maps) while having some options for those who don’t have the maps. You want play on that new hot playlist? Get the DLC. I am pretty sure DLC maps will always show up to vote, rather than depending on the consumer to buy them (the system we have now). Nothing is more annoying then paying money for maps you hardly play on.
Yes i know, the tweaked algorithm will pair you up with people that have the DLC maps. Except that it’s pointless if good chunk of the population still doesn’t have all the map packs.
