Umm just because spawn killing happens does not make it any less bad games design no matter how you try to rationalise it. 
Still makes it a aspect in the game that he/she is gonna have to deal with.
I lost alot of Ranked games when qualifying and was set to Silver 6, rightfully so and lost that first game. As far as BTB goes it started out stale day 1 but now I’m having way more fun and it’s been 50/50 winning which I’m fine with long as the games are close and fun.

Sure until they rage quit but does not make it a good thing.
I’m speaking a bit here for @WattsNumberOne , but the point is that spawn killing isn’t a reason why the OP has lost every game since we all have to deal with it.
