Today I’ve logged in and seen a notification from the game that show me that I’ve all the phoenix logs unreaded (I’ve already unlocked and readed all the phoenix logs) so I thought it’s glitchy but ok, but when I opened the logs I’ve seen that all the logs from Operation Spearbreaker, Awakening the Nightmare, and a lot of multiplayer maps where locked, but I’ve unlocked them! So I opened my saved campaign data and…surprise! They disappeared. The game show me that I’ve completed the missions, but whithout the phoenix logs, and the game in Blitz mode showed my the tutorial, like as it was the first time I played blitz mode, but it isn’t true. I’ve closed the game a lot of time, and closed switched off the console for a bit, but the problem is still here. In my objectives unlocked in my xbox live profile I’ve the objective for having picked up all the audio logs in Awakening The Nightmare, so I’m sure it wasn’t a dream. I don’t know what to think. Is anyone having my same problem?
Yes, I’ve had exactly the same thing. No idea when it happened or why.
I really hate to sound like a generic support rep that has no clue what they are talking about, but when you turned off your xbox did you hard reset it? press the power button and hold it for like 4 seconds or something like that, then I would recommend unplugging the power supply from the xbox its self and wait 5 min… Also if you have a external hard drive check to make sure its actually plugged in all the way.

It’s a bug (more like a virus) in the game. The OP is just experiencing the start of it. Your recommendation has been done by myself and others multiple times.

Your not alone. There is currently no known fix to it.
I also hate to be the bearer of bad news but it will continue to get worse. For me all missions are locked except the first mission (The Signal) and the first mission for each DLC. Some people lost the DLC missions and leaders. Be cautious.

I wasnt aware of that, I had a issue were all my saves were gone, my rank was level 1, and all my dlc leaders were locked. once i did that i got it all back saves and all.

Your profile probably didn’t sync or the game never loaded properly. This bug slowly removes data.
this is the first i’m hearing of this bug, can you post a link to a thread that explains it? or can you tell me anything else about it?
So, today I’ve tried to hard reset, also unplugging the cable for like 5 minutes, but this bug is still here. I’ve also tried to disconnected my account, or change game, or also put off the game disc, but nothing happened. Hoping for a patch thag resolves this great problem, thanks for the support

Nope. Nothing changed.Now I’ve also lose the entire DLC, and is signed like as I haven’t bought it.
Same here I can access dlc heros. But lost campaign progress, skulls, and rank.
