After the disaster of Cyberpunk 2077, I was more than happy to wait for Halo Infinite despite the delays. It is nice to see a developer take feedback from the community and make positive changes to better the product. At least that is what I thought…
It has now occurred to me that everything we have seen so far is Halo 5esque marketing meant to mislead us from the dumpster fire that will be the sixth installment. When I learned that Halo Infinite would lack the things I love about Halo such as duel wielding that completely demolishes weapon balance and COD loadouts that result in homogenized weapons that lack individuality, I almost threw my can of Monster Energy at my tv screen. The last straw was when HaloSwallower, a notoriously accurate news outlet for all things Halo, reported that the next installment for a franchise infamous for their support of the Bee Community would not be including Bees as a playable or ambient part of the game.

All joking aside, I’ve always had a good laugh on HaloSwallower and it is nice to see them posting fake articles again. It is like a personal The Onion for Halo fans. Hopefully either I or this article could make you laugh. Have a good one!

I’m just extremely upset that 343 has continued the trend of moving away from everything that made Halo CE great. Halo was meant to be played with boxy visuals and very clunky controls. Not to mention that they’ve continued Bungies biggest mistake of including online multiplayer in the game.
All in all, I’m sick and tired of this modern Halo and I’ll be buying the game and all the DLC/Microtransactions despite everything I just said.

I don’t know how theyre going to make Halo Infinite be exactly the same as Halo Reach with absolutely no noticable differences but I’ve still got hope they can pull it off.

There is absolutely and positively no exact connections to COD and Halo whatsoever with their micro-transactions nor their constant attempt to skip around the time lines! COD isn’t even a shooting game!

How dare anybody defend the exclusion of Dual Wielding a mechanic which fundamentally messes with a sandbox by saying exactly that!
And say that not playable elites is a good decision as it messes with the hitboxes by say that exact thing again!
