Ive got an experiment for you dmr users

This is also true. I find the Aim assist annoying though. My brother and I did a couple of tests having the other person sprint by us and we just tap the stick, and my Spartan almost did a 180 by himself.

Same thing with a stand still jump up and down, my reticule would follow him and generally peak on his head at the height of the jump.

It’s a tad ludicrous.

DMR has more Red Reticule range and less drawbacks. It also has a consistent kill time as opposed to the varied killtime of the light rifle.

The lightrifle isn’t hitscan either, it requires a bit of lead to shoot a running target, making it less effective in close range engagements.

However if you are good enough to use the lightrifle effectively and maximize its potential, it’s a fantastic weapon, much better (and more rewarding) than the DMR.
