I've got a question about the multiplayer part of Anniversary.

So will anniversary include the standard Reach Playlist and maps(Excluding Noble and Defiant map packs), or just the updated version of Reach(Classic)?

Only 7 maps.

The multiplayer part of Anniversary will only include the 6 competetive maps with a special playlist and a TU and 1 firefight map. If you want to play all other maps you have to play on the Reach disc and there will be a alternative download for the 7 maps if you want to play them on your Reach disc.

I already know that to play those seven maps, i need to put the CE disk but does this mean the new maps wont be in other playlists aside from the "Classic"TU playlists

No, you will be able to play these new maps in regular playlists as well. There are even different versions of some maps. Listen to the last couple of Sparkasts for more info.
