Everytime I try to play online in halo 5 I get this message.

the only time I have ever been able to play online is when I join friends and that only worked twice.
When I’m playing campaign I get this message.
Error authorizing user with Halo 5 Guardians services.
This is really frustrating, I love that campaign but I really want to play MP and I can’t even mess around in customs while offline…
make sure you have an open NAT, if you dont try setting your xbox’s IP address to be static on your router and either open the ports that the xbox uses or set the ip to DMZ mode
you can see if your nat is open in the network settings of your xbox

My NAT is Open.
can someone please help?
Go run a detailed network test and see if you are getting packet loss, whenever i can’t find a game/req thingy is down. I do that test and it always comes back with 100% packet loss so i just restart and then im good to go.
