i bought the h5 digital deluxe edition for £69 but didnt get the warzone req packs!! i’ve tried to install them again but still no luck. any help?

Did you go into open req packs and it wasn’t in there?
call the police? oh wait you mean you paid for something and didnt receive it…yea contact microsoft. Good luck!
also maybe try uninstalling, then a hard reset and download again.

yeah i loaded the game an had nothing :\ i dont even have the option to buy them

Microsoft should be able to help. They’ve always been a big help to me with DLC issue. I hope your able to get it resolved quickly.

thats what i thought was going to happen just wasnt sure because i didnt get my pre-order bonus camo. guess ill just wait and see
Had kind of the same issue. Installed the game and redeemed my codes. When I went to customization my Locke armor wasn’t there, nor were there any req packs. Restared the Xbox and then the req packs came through with all my bonus content.
