I've been having frequent disconnects since launch

Games Halo 5: Guardians

-I have absolutely ruled out anything on my end from being the culprit
-I don’t have problems disconnecting from any other games on my console or PC
-Sometimes after disconnecting I get a “Profile Sync Error” screen.

What do I do?
