I've been given an invalid XBL code

I just entered the 14 day XBL code i got with my LE and it say’s the code is invalid. I checked a multiple times to see if i entered it correctly and i did. Has this happened to anyone else?

I’m not happy about this what do I do?

Edit: It’s ok now, what happen when my current XBL ran out it disconnected me from live and signed me out of my profile, so when i went to entered it i wasnt signed in to a profile so it said the code was invalid. So when i noticed this i just signed in and entered the code and it worked.

Mine said the same, but I guess it’s only for new accounts who currently aren’t Gold members?

Contact Xbox support. 343i doesn’t have anything to do with it.

You can try calling the 4myxbox number and contact support, I think they should be able to give you a new one. Or you can try contacting 343. If I were you id call rather then email unless you want to wait 2 weeks.

Are you currently gold?
