To Complete all Spartan Ops Missions on any difficulty.
For the longest time, this damn game has shown Spartan Ops Episode as “Incomplete” or better not even started.
I go in to take a batter look just to make sure, then it suddenly shows the Episode as completed, yet I have no Achievement.
So, WTF?!
