Hey so today I was playing Halo 3, team slayer with my buddy. I was lagging in and out and some games I’d get disconnected randomly because of my connection and it’s really windy here. We were playing and all of a sudden I got sent back to the lobby with a message saying my account was permanently banned from matchmaking and my console has been banned for 3 months.
I see no reason that I had to get banned for my connection and am really flustered right now with this. This has also happened to my buddy that I was playing with and he is scared that the same thing will happen.
WOW! i seriously just got banned permanently too WTF? every game i play someone is booting kids out and its not even me why the -Yoink- does it have to banned me when I’m not even booting they should seriously find away to find find out who is actually doing it…
Everyone gets banned for a reason.
If someone else is consistently hitting you offline, you would not get banned. Just saying.
Get a better connection. When you lag out it’s like you’re quitting the game. That’s why you got banned. You can always get a new Xbox 360.
There is no quit ban in Halo 3, you were banned for something else.
You wouldnt get a CONSOLE ban for just lagging out of a few games in halo 3, you might get a ban from halo 3…But a console ban…only happens if you Tampered with something(in this case halo 3 service tag) or something that is EASILY noticible.
