Just randomly been banned from MCC Reach yesterday, till the 15th of January? No clue as to why, especially seeing as I have never received a ban before and a first offence is supposed to be a 5 minute ban? Could someone shed some light on this situation please?

Expect a copy and paste response, they wont even attempt to unban you or even look at your case. They will just send this “After reviewing your Gamer Tag in the automated system, we noticed that it had attempted to artificially advance through the progression system in more than 100 matches.” instantly dismissing you and they wont even try to look at your case.

I forgot to turn my Xbox off one night, but i was playing social games and it was an honest mistake. But like a said, their forum says first offence is only supposed to be 5 minutes
