Same here. 1/3 of my Event Challenges are BR-related, but I have 1/3 chance of getting into a BR-related game? Played 10 games, only one has been normal SWAT and most have been join-ins. Why? Because people are leaving to try and get into challenge-related games. Can’t progress in an event if you can’t get into event progress-related games lol

Right like the ultimate weekly should be get in a game with less than 20 ping lol
Right people are just trying to maximize their time.
I mean it’s not like 343 could have made a Seperate progression system that is simply Outside the challenge system for these events where all the players has to do is earn a certain amount of cumalitive points in the tactical ops mode and that unlocks stuff.
Weird right like all you would have to do is play rounds.

this and lobbies and maybe some more maps is literally what’s holding this back.
Shop being an optional entity, I’ll leave it out of that list, but that is also not good.

Honestly I already gotten to the 8th their of the Event pass. And my next challenge is play 5 rounds of tactical slayer… Literally will just hand the controller to my kid while I make myself a coffee.
As for the weekly, yea no, I already have like 1 or 2 green visors that I don’t even use.
Besides I have spent enough time away from Elden ring.
for me ive reached number 9, last challenge for the BP is get 3 triple kills…im mentally exhausted from the other ones however.
Yeah I quit it . I just got the first 2 things because thats all I wanted to get the rest is ugly. Same as the last event I didn’t play that one because It was all YOROI armor related so I just played the game as if there was no event happening. Probably got a bunch of it by just playing fiesta , dont know will never equip that ugly garbage.
Same. After completing the first 5 challenges quite easily (kills with br, sidekick, mangler and 2 wins) I’ve got three backsmack challenges for a total of 17 backsmacks and 2 killjoys. Gonna try again next week when challenges reset but at this point, I just don’t care.
The premise that was advertised in 5 honestly sounded cool. Too bad the actual game ended up nothing like what was advertised prior to release.

I’m really tempted to come back but when reading further at the fact that the game won’t really last then I’m not gonna bother coming back.
I quit immediately after some pc player was clearly using an aim bot. Went over to hell let loose
Imagine taking the time out of your life to play something you supposedly hate and proceed to make posts on various forums to declare your feelings.
Im having a blast on the other hand and spend my time on things I enjoy

Yeah it’s a terrible event… Unless you like SWAT of course but even then Mangler Swat? Are you kidding me! Terrible! Weapon specific challenges where you might not get that game type for who knows how many games… terrible!! The whole thing is just terrible.
How come I only ever see you go “everything is great and if you don’t like infinite you are big Stoopid” then?

Love how folks will white knight their game and refuse to take criticism. I love halo infinite, but i will say the current event is troublesome. I had 6 of this weeks events be “end enemy killing sprees in tactical slayer”. gotta love when the game tells you that your team has to play terribly to get the weekly finished.
