Maybe it is still the most downloaded?

It has 23k downloads it is the most downloaded, also for links you may use the “Create Link” feature in the text editor.
Example:File Browser-Click Here its the same link you posted but shorter.
It is supposed to be updated every 7 days, its been there for MONTHS.

That map can be the most downloaded even after months, I really don’t see what’s the problem.
As far as I can see, when the next week begins, the same map becomes the most downloaded again because people like it.

It’s my understanding that the date toggle (Today/Last Week/Last Month/All Time) limits by creation date. Even if the file is getting the most downloads every week, it should only show up in Most Downloaded for the first week after it was created.*

Actually, to be fair to mapmakers, it should be Date Created for Screenshots and Films, and Date Modified for map and game variants. IIRC Halo 4 uses Date Created exclusively, so unless you finish your map the very same day you start it, your exposure on Most Downloaded and Most Recommended will be restricted if not made entirely impossible. But that’s a separate issue from what the OP describes.

Hey buddy, read the rules before you get in to trouble.
I would like to point out that this user has never played the game nor does he(or she) does not have any files in their file share.

Also, I would like to mention that almost all of his maps are marked as spam with tags, and that he has 23 of the top 48 maps. Many of them, 13 to be precise, are some variant on “Station 343”. And comments seem to be that they are all repeats of the original station 343.
I don’t know how he did it, but somehow, 1 person has managed to make all of the “popular” maps and pretty much shut out discovery of many other possibly good maps. I could understand 2 or 3 maps in the top 48, but not 23.
I believe that it is 343’s duty to try and clean this up and have the “most downloaded” maps actually represent different maps, instead of 13 variations on a single map.
Disclaimer: I have not played any of these maps yet, and I can not say if they are good or bad, I am just commenting on the situation in terms of map discovery.
