Its time to stop calling them Microtransactions!

Cosmetics are the reasons we had series like RvB and Arby N the Chief. Cosmetics in Halo are a KEY staple.

The only cosmetics those featured were color swaps. Granted, I haven’t seen anything past the Halo 2 content or Halo 3 promotional videos, but who would try a game where most of the population is locked behind a paywall? Or, rather, who would play a game where most of the population doesn’t want to try new content you bought? I remember a majority of people not playing the DLC playlists in Halo 3 until the Mythic disc came out with ODST. Modern Warfare 2 had this issue also, but no Complete Edition came out, so it was never solved. That hurt my fun more than not being able to be Sgt. Johnson in ODST or have a Flaming Helmet in Reach.

I know right. In terms on the overall consumer base we are outnumbered. That’s why I hate hearing vote with you wallet. Sure I can vote all I want but me not buying the 20 dollar packs is not going to stop 100 other people from buying them! And at that point they just made $2000. So my 20 dollars means nothing.
