So those 4 issues (which is an easy fix) make the other 1,079,412 good things about this game non-existent? You must be a pessimist.
It’s promising to be the best multiplayer yet. I do however agree with the kill cam and music in it. Think the final game will have an option to turn this off.
I’ve been playing Halo since the olden days (2002), and this is the moment where I think I am no longer part of the target audience. There is nothing really objectionable about the game, but the presentation and the tone make me feel like it was made for someone else. The voice that the multiplayer announcer puts on; the character animations; the game mode description ‘…to dominate the enemy team’. It feels like they’re going for the feel of an American televised sporting event, which is fine if that’s the direction they’re going in. It’s just not my kind of thing. Maybe I’ll enjoy the campaign. The MCC is good.
PS: People calling the OP ‘homophobic’, please get over yourselves and learn the usage of the word ‘gay’. He’s using it with the other common meaning of stupid or offputting. You do not have any authority on the meanings of words.
PS again: The victory animations are, without a doubt, the most… let’s say ‘festive’, thing I have seen in a Halo game, and that is a shame. It’s like in a dance-off, where each side tries to intimidate the other by making strange motions. That is not how spartans are supposed to behave. Some composure would be nice.

You don’t have any authority on how Spartans should act. Please get over yourself.

I’m just saying, there needs to be an option when the match is over to have the spartans sit down and play backgammon, nodding in approval. That’s all I ask.

I agree that they have no effect on gameplay. However, that’s part of the point. They don’t need to be in there, because they don’t have any other function other than “being different, or cool”. Which they aren’t, and looks like they are trying to hard to make the game bigger than it is. We just want Halo, we don’t need fluff.
None of your complaints have are gameplay-based. You’re just nit-picking.
