It's not fair

“life isn’t fair” <_<

Whatever, since all of the people who love Reach are too busy playing it, all of the ungrateful ingrates are on the forums. The people who hate bloom, armor lock and sword block (that’s pretty much it) are in here and on Bungie complaining and complaining. Then when either Bungie or 343i write something like “we’re listening to the community” they’re referring to all of the complainers. The people who love Halo the way it is don’t get a say in the “community” because they have no idea that so many people don’t like itty bitty aspects.

I wouldn’t worry about it these new changes are going to run side by side with the reach mechanics so bascially there are going to be classic gametypes and games but you still will be able to play Reach with maybe a few changes like weaker grenades, but nothing huge, like bloom will still be there in regular gametypes and swordblock etc.

Pretty much what my gut is telling me, which is fine by me!

Your credibility, lost with that statement.

And like everyone else said the TU will probably mostly be for the classic multiplayer portion of the game anyways.

I’m fine with that. They can have their AAs, so long as I can have my Halo back and there are separate playlists:

  1. Classic Slayer
  2. Classic Objective
  3. Classic Big Team Battle
    Etc.

when really change is needed to keep a game alive.
whiners should evolve into smart people who can look past non exsistant problems. reach is great the only problem i there is no -Yoink!- brute or gold hunter

STOP COMPLAINING

ITS THE WAY THE GAME WAS MADE DEAL WITH IT. LEAVE US ALONE SO WE CAN TRY AND HELP HALO IN THE FUTURE INSTEAD OF FOCUS ON THE NOW AND TRY AND KILL IT.

This is the reason I left bungie. To many complainers so I could’nt get my ideas out to help better the future.
now these forums have started to turn into a bungie clone

In all fairness to them, however, it isn’t they’re fault that the kids who love Reach the way it is don’t get on forums to have they’re voices heard, as well. If you don’t like something, say something about it, and that’s what is going on. You guys WOULD get a say if you actually got up to say something.

Personally, I love Reach the way it is, but wouldn’t mind a few tweaks here and there.

Exactly, 343i already stated that the Halo Reach community should not be worried about the TU dont see what the big deal is here.

I agree with the complainers. Besides, look at CoD and Pokemon. No major changes to gameplay, yet they are still some of the most popular games ever, that keep people coming back. You need innovation, not just gimmicks. Also, forums weren’t made to just kiss a developer’s behind. They were made for discussion of the game, good or bad. Deal with it.

And I said they can keep their precious AAs, so long as there are separate playlists for people who want the classic experience. Also, the population would like to have a word with you, but we’ll discuss that another day.

The point is this: the TU is happening. And if they make a more classic experience/fix issues, it will bring people back. I want separate playlists. You can have your AAs, but I and may others want a more traditional Halo experience. You’ll have to accept that. “Adapt”, as the Reach supporters on B.net say.

The problem with Bungie’s forums is that there are too many sheep, and not enough shepherds. Too many people rage and post without any thought. One person makes a semi-decent/valid statement and it becomes the warcry of all the sheep. They all repeat that statement. There’s really no discussions going on in those forums. Just a lot of spamming and repeating the same thing over and over. In reality, people make a couple of valid arguments at most. You’d be surprised at how little is actually fresh and not repeated garbage or spam on those forums. If the moderating staff there actually stepped up and did their jobs, then it wouldn’t be nearly as out of control as it is.
