Last time I felt this was with Halo 5 and a little bit with Halo Wars 2. I love the mood that these announcements have gotten me in. It feels like I’m watching Game of Thrones in that I have something exciting to look forward to every few days. The announcement for Reach has had me re-watching a ton of videos on the game on YouTube (achievement hunter, nostalgia vids, etc.). Anyone else been feeling the same?
I know how you feel. I loved playing the game back in the day, and made a lot of friends online that I never got to see or play with again. I’m half tempted to get an xbox for cheap just to play some halo again before it comes out.
Same. I loved the Halo games that I played but I never held onto my Xbox long enough to REALLY get into them. I’m excited to finally have a chance to get into them.

Same man. My friend and I are so pumped that we’re making a discord server. Dunno how much it’ll be used, but we want to get all of our old friends on it. I just can’t wait to get into it again. He lives far away from me, so everytime we get together, we speed run one of the campaigns of Halo.
Just glad they are forever digitizing my childhood haha never have to worry about it just disappearing altogether like a lot of other good old games.
I’ve been trying to contain my hype because we know almost nothing of H6 but that’s been hard to do ever since the engine demo trailer. I need E3 to come now.
Definitely have been feeling excited. A little bummed that it’s taking so long to come out…BUT, I’d rather wait and have a good game come out with 343 performing their due diligence and crafting a great game than have one rushed just for the sake of having a new game a year or two ago.
Honestly I havent been this excited for a Halo release in a long time. I just love the original trilogy and playing it again will bring back so many great memories, also on PC which is fantastic considering I no longer have an xbox

Agreed. My last Halo game was ODST, and this announcement is the most excited I’ve felt about a video game in ten years. Nostalgia power is real.
The hype is real!
The revitalization of Halo within all of the internet is amazing!! Its hard not to get swept up in all of it, and i must say, I LOVE THIS!!!
It does feel good! Halo Infinite, MCC and Halo Reach news. 343 really knows how to make people happy with hype at least. I have to give it to them. I am really happy right now about Halo and cannot wait any longer!

Same! That trailer of it and the music behind it brought so much nostalgia and excitement to me that I haven’t honestly felt for a Halo game in years. Don’t get me wrong I really enjoyed Halo 5’s multiplayer and had a blast playing Halo Wars 2 (love the firefight on that), but something about the classics and they way they are just tugs at my heart. I have a similar feeling for the Elder Scrolls lol. With this, the small teaser for the next ES, Avengers, AND Game of Thrones’ final season all coming in the future! Man my heart can’t take it lmao

Yep very excited to have reach coming to Mcc and then the infinite release. Even though I don’t pc game it’s still cool to see this option supported
