Was playing through Spartan Ops Episode 6 Chapter 3 for the first time today and found a Gravity Hammer near the end of the mission. I carried it through (killing Promethians and Elites of course) and getting to the end I found a couple Hunters. I then proceeded to clobber them handily.
It was great fun 
I didn’t have any ammo in mine, so I just bonked them to death.
I got bored on the 2nd chapter…
I noticed that! Whenever I find a Hammer, I drop whatever weapon I have for it. It’s always a lot of fun!
Got a couple cool assassinations… So far I am liking this episode

Try unloading on a Hunter! It was like I was a child again… I was gleefully yelling at the television

I did in Spartan Thorne. The RvB Easter Egg spawns tons of Hammers to take out all the Hunters and Wraiths. So much fun!!!
Holy crap using the hammer was fun on that mission. I charged at those knights and hunters like a brute Chieftain. I couldn’t get the hunters in the back, so I relentlessly hit them until they fell dead.
Also smacking invisilites was satisfying. A “Nope.avi” was in order every time.
Chapter 3, I believe, was the thing with the Forerunner big cavern base?
BEST Spartan Ops yet, the ability to randomly call in a nuke, and a big sandbox map.
Now if they just had randomly deploying enemies and 1. No need to massacre enemies before clicking buttons and 2. Play like zombies where you can just slay for more and more points in post game.
