You would probably want to report this to a member of the 343 community management team, either via Waypoint PM or Twitter DM. Explain the situation, and see what they say.

What management team? And can I do it on Instagram?

You only get the ice unicorn skin if you match 343 during an official play date. I found the game and it looks like you just randomly matched roomlaut while he/she was playing solo so unfortunately you wouldn’t qualify for it.
