Happy 1 year anniversary to 343 Industries and Halo 5. For the last 12 months, Spartans, such as myself and members of this community have been enjoying all Halo 5 has had too offer. Whether it was winning gunfights in the Arena, surprising people by assaination, calling in your favorite reqs, or whatever cool experiences you have in the multiplayer, we all had a good time this past year.
However, I’m sure I’m not the only Spartan here that will take a break from being a Spartan and as of tomorrow will become a Pilot standing by for Titanfall. To all the pilots out there: hope to see you on the Frontier.
Id say it’s been an ok year… we got stuff that we knew should have Ben in the game way more than 7 months late. Plus theater is completely broken and has actually gotten worse. So why didn’t they just remove it if they aren’t gonna do anything about it?

What’s wrong with theater? I haven’t used it a massive amount, but I don’t believe I’ve ever had an issue. I just wish it was usable in the campaign.

Eh… It’s been an ok year at best. Sure, we got free updates, but most of the stuff that came in them was stuff that should have been in at launch, or lazily done (Warzone Firefight, map remixes), or straight-up bad (skins for bad armours, pizza weapon skins). Some of the stuff was good, sure, but Halo 5, in its current state, is merely acceptable. So many things were broken at launch are still broken today, a year later.
Halo 5 has good gameplay, granted, and definitely has its merits. But it’s far from reaching its full potential.
