Wow, nothing is set in stone. It looks like 343i has done a great job. Don’t hate them, post useful threads to help them mold the game into something we all like.
For example:
I like the multiplayer maps better in the previous Halo games(1,2, and 3) It would be crazy if 343 tried to make more maps like that.
Some people don’t like the idea of perks/load-outs… so express your opinion rather than being a dumb-butt and saying you hate the new game. It isn’t even finished yet and can consist of anything

Like you said, “almost identical” so any number of things can change. 
Typically at this stage of development, core mechanics are probably set in stone.
Although, that doesn’t mean how they work isn’t going to change either.

The game is going to be exactly the way it is in the video.
So that means everything being speculated today is 100% going to be true come release day. 343i will never change a single thing about the game and we will be stuck with it the way it is and it will fail.
I mean come on seriously, 343 took Reach, a game that they didn’t even develope, and changed it drastically. A year after it was released.
So for all you cry babies who have lost hope on the TINIEST bit of info we have received so far. Don’t forget. The game doesn’t come out for almost 8 months. So things WILL change.
And after the game is released and people continue whining about “Loadouts” and “Perks” Things WILL change.
Whether its the implementation of a classic playlist or the entire removal or perks.
343 knows the core fanbase of Multiplayer will ditch it if it plays anything like Reach
I wonder what info 343i will release next. Probably at E3 right?
