Box says my setting are good. Was kicked from four matches last night. Stepped away to help wife with baby for a second, booted by 343, start d next game dropped connection and now 6 hour ban. Where can you actually leave feedback.
How many copies of this game have been sold and there is no customer service department? If these people worked in the real world most would be fired for poor performance. Along those lines are all the new maps going to be garbage since they are “free”?

Just out of curiosity, where do you suppose they work?
It must be you because I have had zero issues with the Halo 5 servers. It could be because I live in California which is near"ish" Washington (assuming that’s where the servers are…)

They design a game that has a cult following allowing acceptance of a subpar product. If this was a startup most people would be selling the game within a week.

Obviously it’s my connection and the thousands of other people who have complained on this forum. My issue is the lack of official response from 343. If Microsoft says my connection is good for multiplayer I shouldn’t be kicked from these games.
I would just just like to know what 343 is doing to fix the problems some of us experience. I’m in StL and other people I have played with don’t loose connection at all. It’s a setting with 343 desig.
Connections can be inconsistent. Its something I’ve learned from helping people fix their printers.
They’ll fight tooth and nail that their connection is fine and it’s a problem our our end, and then i’ll do remote assistance to help see if its a software issue and sure enough my connection to them drops every 2-5 minutes. Our troubleshooter turns out fine, and even their pages will print fine sometimes, why? Because during those points their connection was flawless.
Just because there are ‘thousands of people with connection problems’ doesn’t necessarily means its on the producer’s end.
Hell even my 50mbps internet that I have connected completely by wires will occasionally drop connection.
Are all of these server disconnects? If so, I suggest troubleshooting your network first. If this doesn’t pan out, post in the support forum and tweet Bravo.

Being a startup vs. being an established company with a long running series doesn’t change whether or not someone is in the real-world. It just changes the amount of room for error and grace that a company is allowed; grace that has been earned and can easily be squandered.
I’m glad I didnt buy this game. I dont feel like im missing anything good from the sounds of these forums.

I don’t think the game is bad. The new maps aren’t as good. Hopefully the next round will be better. If they need a btb map what is wrong with sand trap or the last resort.
The connection issues are very annoying given that I’ve had no problem before the last month, made no changes to my router and verified setting are good, testing connection after being kicked off the first time each day.
If it wasn’t winter and I had something else to do while holding a sleeping infant I wouldn’t mind it but I prefer to play halo than watch tv.

I think they are calibrating the servers or something which is causing certain people to have problems.
I’ve had no problems until the last couple days where I’m lucky if I make it through a match without lagging out. No problems with any other games.

Microsoft acknowledged the issues was on their side around 11/17/15 and suggested resetting MAC address and deleting profile from box. If that didn’t work they suggested waiting a few days and trying again. This to me is not an acceptable response, it was almost as helpful as your post.
