It is a sad day and time when someone CAN’T even enjoy a game of halo without getting farmed or the tryhard sweats push you into the dirt. I’ve been getting pushed from this game for a while now. First it was the lack of game modes, then the warzone farming, and finally the tryhards. I should feel like S*** after playing a few rounds of halo let alone ready to leave the game behind after ONE. I like 343, they may have broke the story but i liked the muti-player (until recently) I don’t plan on coming back to halo 5 for a while, unless the next update lures me back. I’m done with halo, I’m done with 343. Thanks for ruining my childhood and my fav. game.
Get friends to play with otherwise thanks for explaining your life of how you get farmed to us
Hey the causal players have had Halo Reach through MCC to play. This is the first true competitive Halo since H3. Can’t the competitive players have ONE Halo game?
When I want casual play in H5 I play BTB, what ever is on the rotational playlist or warzone… or I go back to MCC for some action sack.

This^
the key to fun halo 5 is getting a crew together by adding people every game and in time u will have people to play with, this makes the game so much more enjoyable, and if arena or Warzone get to much for your group you can just go to customs.
I agree, I usually am the dominator when with my friends but since the update the ranks seem you have to basically only be a grinder, even if you beat champions won’t matter. To many issues still with game since being this many months and you listed one of many I believe also due to their bogged matchmaking issues.
Thanks for the sob story OP. Also don’t bother mentioning try hards, they have been around since the dawn of Halo.
I can play warzone all day without getting farmed. Just because people are better than you doesn’t make them tryhards. Find some people to play with or stop playing the game.
Stop playing if you don’t like it then, no one is stopping you. But the fact that you made this post shows that you just want attention more than anything.
Stop playing alone in Warzone. It’s that simple. It is a game of strategy and coordination with other players. If you have 12 people running around not communicating they’re going to get wrecked every single time.

What?
To be perfectly honest I think the game could do with some more aggressive matchmaking in terms of matching similar size teams together (4s vs 4s, 2,1,1 vs 2,2 or 2,1,1 etc etc) but on the whole if you’re struggling, just stick to btb or warzone champ.
I think it’s funny how many d***s can be on here, I remember the days when halo fans stuck togather, not split apart.

I meant how halo 5 has been the most competitive since H3

Yep, they absolutely thrive in threads like this.

I remember the days when Halo played loved competitive play and strategy now is… ugh… all these “try hards” are ruining the game by playing to win.
The way I see it, there’s how many thousands of people playing Halo5 at any given time? I do okay in some games, but I get stomped in others. Spartan charge and ground pound used to irritate the %#@& out of me, but I learned how to avoid them and now they’re not such a big issue anymore. I don’t play a lot of warzone, but I’ve begun to learn how to avoid getting sniped (or simply picked off by someone with a battle rifle or DMR) whenever I spawn. Some people are able to play really well after a relatively short time in the game, but I’m a slower learner than they are. That doesn’t stop me from improving and learning how to avoid all the ways of getting killed that frustrate me into not wanting to play anymore.

You’re the one telling people to not be good so that you can have fun.
No one is splitting apart, just telling you that its no one else’s fault that you don’t like the game.
Okay. Enjoy your new pursuits.
