That’s right! It’s Master Chief Spartan John-117 wearing Locke’s armor in the commercial. This explains what we saw perfectly.

Now hear me out. ( Put’s on an Ancient Aliens Giorgio A. Tsoukalos wig)

Spartan IIs were created essentially to pilot the new Mjolnir armor. We know that if a normal human puts on the Mjolnir they will likely come out looking like they have boneitis after a few moves are performed. You have to have the enhancements to be able to pilot the Mjolnir system without causing some disaster.

The SIV’s abilities are not on the same level as the SII because their enhancement are made to actually reach a wider pool of people, apparently any person at all, and because they go through the process within months instead of years. Because of this these Spartans got their Mjolnir armor, the GEN2s, specifically made for them. It was made to compensate for the few things that are not on the same level as previous Spartans.

Now this is were it get’s interesting and… Ancient Aliensy.

So what would happen if a SII would wear a Gen 2 armor specifically made for SIVs?
Since SII are stronger it would mean one of two things.

  1. SIIs would break Gen2s. Since they were made for the weaker SIV the Gen2 would have trouble matching what the SIIs are putting out.

  2. SIIs would need to tone down their abilities to be able to operate the Gen2s safely.

This are the two rational conclusions, right?

But…(make Ancient Aliens hand motion) what if the Gen2 Mjolnir could actually handle the stronger Spartan IIs?

Now we have a stronger individual wearing an armor that gives him even MORE power than previous versions!
This is like two super saiyans performing fusion!
These two things create an even more powerful being.
A being that i will call GENtan 2!

This is what we are seeing in this commercial, the GENtan 2.
We are seeing a Spartan II using a brand new GEN2 Mjolnir!
This is why the commercial is this crazy! It’s not Locke being all kick butt its… MASTER CHIEF kicking butt like a looter in a riot!

Makes sense, right? Plus in this commercial this Spartan never talked. So there’s a lot of room for this to fit.

What do you guys think of this theory?

117s armor is damaged from what we have seen.
So 117 could’ve beat up Locke and taken his armor or this happens after Locke finds out the truth and we have 117 say, “I need a weapon.” Cause his armor is damaged and Locke gives him his.

Now I know you’re trolling. You don’t just PUT ON the armor, they have machines that put all of the parts on. #1, what are the odds that Chief even fits in Locke’s armor. #2 If he beat up Locke, then took it, why is it in perfect condition?

The IVs are as tall as the IIs. I think half of Majestic were as tall as 117.

Locke is almost all tall as Chief is.

It’s them augmentations yo, it’s not exclusive anymore.

Not true. John removed his easily in the field in book, Halo: The Flood. He took it off so he could have a shower then before he could put it on he had to go talk to the ODST jerk.

I know this a joke thread but I felt the need to point that out.

Halo Escalations. Fred-104’s Centurion Armor is GEN2. Pretty sure the same is for Kelly-087 and Linda-058.

According to Halo Waypoint…

Fred-104-
he began field testing multiple variants of CENTURION-class MJOLNIR, including the incorporation of various prototype elements that formed the basis of the GEN2 platform.

He is not wearing GEN2 he is wearing some prototype.

Kell-
prefers full-shield masks in combat, and for this reason favors GEN1 Mark IV through Mark VI variants of PILOT or EVA armor.

Linda-
*Linda wears custom Mjolnir armor and utilizes a Sniper Rifle that befit her unique and impressive combat talents.*None of them are wearing GEN2.
The closest is Fred and that’s prototype stuff.
