Hello, Season 2 is about to be released, I think a lot of people will ask themselves this question. We would like 343 industries to formalize a clear answer. Currently everything that came out during season 1 (shop + Drop Twitch) will it come back in season 2 or later?
Knowing that also the future seasons will have their shops and drop lot. But I think that all the lots should be obtained several times on different dates so that those who cannot, or were absent at that time can still get them. Thank you

Considering how often items recycled during season 1, I’d say it’s safe to say the shop items will be available again for sure. Maybe a little less frequently than before naturally as more items are introduced.
The drops they mentioned they are keen to find a balance, they want to offer opportunities for those that missed them but also offer new ones for people who already have them. I’ve noticed some have come up multiple times for smaller scale stuff and even this weekend you can claim a backdrop that was previously offered. So things will definitely repeat but no guarantee what things and when. For instance we haven’t seen the HCS armour or weapon coatings since, but maybe one day they will do them again.
I prefer fresh stuff 
also makes the stuff you do get a little more special.
