<p>I lost my chest piece on halo reach along with legendary. The chest is called UA/BASE SECURITY [W]. I uninstalled the game a while back and it does not show that i have it. I do not see the legendary (Flames) anywhere in my games and apps And its requiring me to have a code that i do not have to purchase it again which i already did a long time ago and now its gone.
I haven’t heard or seen this occur before. You should have the flames as long as you redeemed the code on the account you are currently using. As for the chest piece, I’ve never heard of anybody losing it entirely. Make sure that you are on the same account that you redeemed the code on and the same account that you purchased the chest piece on. Otherwise, I don’t really know what to tell you.
There are a couple posts about a similar problem, maybe check to see if they can help? It is most likely that the extras haven’t been downloaded.

Yh I haven’t heard of this buddy sorry! That’s quite annoying and upsetting I can imagine. I’ve had things do that on other games and I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled them then they’ve appeard within the game but your saying you’ve done this and they aren’t showing?
I’m sorry you’re having this issue. This is more than likely linked to on-going Xbox 360 Server issues. There have been numerous issues plaguing the 360 servers for over a year now. Halo 3 armor issues being one of the more annoying/outspoken issues. Those servers are with Microsoft so it’s up to them and how much effort/time they’re willing to put into fixing the issues.
