If you bought a REQ pack, you got the items, its just didn’t show you the animation and the UI that pops up after. Check your collection.
At least 50% of the time I use a Legendary Boost in Warzone I lag out. I almost never lag out any other time. I swear Halo 5 hates me.

I think you are right, certain boosts seem to influence the gameplay. I could be on a streak of 1000 wins in a row but as soon as I use any sort of Mission: Victory boost my team gets smoked. Like no matter who I’m with the second that boost is used we lose. Like clockwork. It’s quite funny now, since I gave up after about the 15th loss and started selling them.
I feel ya. Sometimes I activate a boost; and if I lag out, RIP RP boost.
This is the most dysfunctional backwards “next gen” console/game ever its insulting.
Ive spent 45 minutes in the lobby having retrieving data and profile sync problems. Reset everything in my house including toaster and hair straightener.
