I used a code to have items in game but i dont have these items, I don’t know how to find support for this. Thx a lot

Unfortunately there is currently no time frame on a fix. Hell, the problem hasn’t even been acknowledged.
You could try getting in contact with Xbox Support and posting on the official Halo Facebook and Twitter pages to raise awareness.
I already contact XBOX support but they said they can’t do anything more cause the pack is installed without troubles. Items in game are not in inventory it depends on developpers then thats what they said but without any support its difficult to fix this ^^
