It will not start for me. Any suggestions?

So when I start the game and about right after I see the Auntie Dot symbol, the game returns me to the dashboard. Any ideas on what I could do to fix this problem?

You playing on X1? That happened to me when I first installed it and the solution was to uninstall and then install it again. If you’re not on X1 then I don’t know.
