It took my points then the server had a problem and I got nothing I looked nothing new and no extra items I was going to buy the game when my free week was up but not now was of time and money
Hey OP, I’m assuming that you bought and tried to redeem a REQ pack? If so then this issue happens from time to time. Although it may appear like you got nothing, the opening animation for the pack simply got skipped. To see the items you can try restarting the game / doing a full restart of your Xbox. Alternatively you can check your REQs via your service record here on Waypoint
