I have grinded my only day off and got the halo reach req pack and all it did was take my req points and not give me any of the content I got in contact with Xbox support and they referred me to this I even have a reference number it is 1383880019 and all I want is to get results I do want my req pack. Oh and it also says when I try to look at the reqs now it says req service unavailable. Last I looked I only had 2000 reqs. Thank you if you can help
I have seen a lot of people with this problem, try resetting your copy of Halo and if that doesn’t work than “Hard Reset” your console. If these do not fix the problem than hope that 343 replies to your complaint. Which I am still waiting on for my “Memories of Reach” pack problem.
Man I hope they see it I just wasted my only day off and I worked all week man it sucked and now I got screwed over sadly
Same issue, just with money instead of points…Nevermind~! Reset on the game brought my pack back to me~<3
