It says my account is not authorized

I can’t play the halo infinite beta because I can’t login to my account for it but now it says your account is not authorized even knowing I got a email saying congratulations and welcome to the halo infinite beta or something like that

I think you just need to go to the halo waypoint app via the link and it should work. I didn’t have any problems with getting access but you should prolly submit a ticket.
