How do we not have doubles and FFA or Slayer in ranked it makes no sense after 6 months you’d expect this to be added in???

Ske7ch did confirm in a tweet the other day that team doubles coming in season 2, so hopefully that might be in the 1st drop pod
They better not make team doubles a rotational playlist.

I heard it has something to do with the game’s UI. It is immensely complicated and you adding content is difficult.
I think it’s tied to the challenge system and that’s why it’s so hard to add new stuff.
They are on record as saying it’s too difficult to add new content, they are also on record as saying this game will continue to grow and expand over the next 10 years, really these two statements cannot coexist. Which is it?
Why did they create a game that is too difficult to update and add new content? This game should be an ever-growing ecosystem. That’s what they marketed it to be, but no, they must remove some content in order to add something else.

Apparently its hard to add new ranked playlists. I can understand why it may be more difficult to do than adding a social playlist. Putting in rank gains is probably a whole different can of code than adding something to quickplay. Still though… every other halo has had a plethora of different ranked playlists. I refuse to believe its THAT hard to make a ranked slayer or doubles variant.
It’s a joke that they don’t even understand how to code this in 7 months into the games cycle.
