I’ve been a halo fan since CE and have had the pleasure of living in halos golden era…and the misfortune of watching halo fail…and sadly continue to fail…I’ve been playing since they released infinite ftp and have had rollercoaster experiences and emotions ever since, but finally I’ve figured it out…343, you all deserve what’s happening to the player base and people leaving…there’s no excuse to put out a game in such a terrible state…and then act like you all have worked soooo hard that your out till sometime in January…I’ll continue to play and hope you guys figure it out…but it’s really been a huge disappointment playing online and Desync issues as well as the incredible melee issues…i understand issues, don’t get me wrong but these issues are elephants people! Btb not working half the time…these issues aren’t minor, again there elephants and I’m a China doll in the shop the elephant keeps walking into…it’s depressing, so good job 343…you know what’s funny about this post? I’m a super optimistic person who believes until recently to eh and attempt to give you guys the benefit of the doubt…no, the audacity you’ve shown your community and just threw it out the window is baffling…

I think what’s more depressing than the state of parts of the game right now is that us fans can’t present a united front to 343 on here about issues and end up fighting amongst ourselves.

I already found something I enjoy more than this game. It’s not worth playing right now and way 343 handles things. Fact you wanna be such a lil turd about people posting grievances makes people not want to be here anyways. Healthy criticism is a healthy way of making people aware of issues. Seems you can’t comprehend this, at all. People like you out here that have an equal vote like me irl is baffling.

Put your glasses back on and read the op. Where did you see anything constructive? The part where he questions if 343 worked hard enough? Or the audacity they have thrown out the window?
If anyone here cares to look at my previous posts I’ve praised this gameplay…I love it…but the issues keep getting worse and worse and the devs are on vacation for crying out loud! It is truly baffling! If I owned a business and turned out a product that didn’t work, not just on occasion but a few times a day and then said, sorry I hear your complaints but we will deal with it in two weeks, well I’d be out of business in a hurry! All I want is for this game to be a huge success, but we have to be honest with each other about these issues and game devs in generAl turning out crap games that are monetized…you know what works everytime without fail? Your ability to purchase whatever you want in this game…the desync issues are really what kills me…they’re bad, really bad and I love to play ranked…that’s my thing but it’s really difficult at times and just all the issues in general is just sad to me…
I certainly hope they fix BTB soon as I think that might be why the population is dropping quite quickly at the moment (or so I’ve heard) - it’s the favourite playlist of a lot of players. I can’t connect unless I try 10 times or something!
Still determined not to spend a penny in the shop, have bought the battlepass though as I did get the game for free so that seemed only fair
Same here, bought the battle pass but that’s it for the same reason, wait I lied I bought the campaign too but halo is really all I’ve played since 2003…played destiny 1 for a while too it’s a good game, some cod here and there but my real love is halo and always will be, which just brings me back to my point about how sad it is that there’s all these issues and no sense of urgency to save this game and it’s legacy…not to mention 343’s reputation

I’ve said it several times already but the BTB issue should have been a DAY 1 fix. Imagine the numbers drop in Warzone if for example Battle Royale wasn’t playable for a month and you could only play Rebirth Island and Plunder. It’s absolutely ridiculous they didn’t take that seriously. Halotracker says there’s 16 000 people online this morning…
I don’t think that comparison is the same. Warzone is its own entity, where as btb is just 1 game mode.
I know it wasn’t the best comparison but my point still stand. I don’t have the stats for this but after playing all Halo’s extensively and seeing the most popular Halo content over the years. I’m pretty sure BTB is Halo’s fan favorite mode (outside of maybe Infection).
It is baffling that it is still in this state and that thousands of people could not play around in BTB during the Holidays… Now they’re gone lol, the numbers speak for themselves.
This is coming from someone who loves Infinite, and Halo. I’m still playing, I’m just disappointed everyone’s leaving.

Speaking of was, rinse, repeat…what should be a community of people who play the same game unsatisfied with a product 343 put out as a whole is starting to turn into picking apart what an OP posted…huh…humanity…always their own enemy…probably won’t ever understand the power of unity…I can’t really see most people being happy with infinite…some parts are great, mainly the new guns…bad -Yoink!-…gameplay usually but there is those elephants I just mentioned and based on the numbers those who really enjoy it in it’s entirety are the minority
