Hi I’m writing a problem that i had with halo 5 spartan armor today. i watch and finished the movie Halo Night fall on the halo channel and never got the armor. i restated my game a few time and never got it, if you could kindly reply and help me so that would be so nice. thanks -the causes 101
You watched all 5 episodes?
I would first suggest opening the Halo Channel app, maybe clicking on something there, to try and get the app to sync and update if it hasn’t. After that, go back to Halo 5 and see if the armor is there.
yes i watched all five episodes completely. i tried restarting halo channal and the game, and opened new tabs in the halo channel, and still dont have it
If I recall, there was a delay from watching it, to the time I was awarded the items. Check your customization menu, not your req inventory. Give it a couple of days if it is not there. I can’t remember how long it was, but it was not immediate.

It was immediate for me.
OP, is your region/language set to English? I remember hearing that might have something to do with it.
Nightfall is in the general REQ pool now, so the Halo Channel promotion may not be active any more. Would be happy for confirmation either way
