It happened once again. I saved up req, sold some of my vehicles and power weapons, went to buy a gold pack and it look my points but gave me nothing. Its happening almost every time I go to buy packs now, it’s incredibly annoying and I’m losing tons of req. Can someone please help me with this?
You won’t be losing anything OP, this issue happens from time to time. What happens is that you skip over the opening animation for the REQ pack, but the items are still delivered to your REQ inventory. You can hard reset your console to see them or check them from the REQ section of your Halo 5 service record here on Waypoint

How do I check on here? When I look on my xbox, I don’t find anything new.

To see them on your console you need to do a hard reset - this involves powering off the console and unplugging the power cable for about a minute, then turning it back on again (clears out a cache)

Thank you, however as far as armor goes, I’m still not seeing anything new
You may not have gotten any armour from that last pack, just how the RNG system works. Sometimes you’ll maybe get some weapon skins or certifications
It’s happened 3 or 4 times now though. Would I just be getting filled up with mongoose (mongeese? lol)
